RETURN POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your Webster purchase and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to accept a return for refund on only qualified items. To confirm if your item qualifies for return, please review our Return Policy:
- Return must be initiated within 28 days from your delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and must include the Webster security tag as well as the original brand tags, box, and/or dust bag.
- Footwear & accessories must be returned in the original brand box and must be shipped inside a protective shipping box to prevent damages during transit.
- Swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted if the hygienic strip has been removed.
- Beauty products that have been opened are final sale. While we hope that you are 100% satisfied with our product selection, we regrettably cannot guarantee the satisfaction, appropriateness, or utility of each product for each person. Everyone's skin type, skin sensitivity, and health concerns are different, and we advise discussing with your medical doctor in advance of undertaking any new skin care routine.
Final Sale Policy:
- Home items, fine jewelry and watches are considered FINAL SALE.
- tems purchased at more than 50% off are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns nor exchanges. This includes items exceeding 50% due to applied promo codes are also considered final sale.
- Final sale items are marked as "FINAL SALE" in your cart during checkout.
HOLIDAY EXTENDED RETURNS
Due to the Holiday Season, customers will benefit from an Extended Return period on orders placed between the 11/14 and 12/16
The customer can create the return on the portal until January 9th, and the return must be picked up before January 13th.
Return items received that do not comply with our return policy will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer at the original shipping address. The Webster monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at our discretion. When your return package is received at our facilities, please allow 2-3 business days for processing time. Once your return items pass our quality check, your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation with return details. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method; please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to post back into your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
DOMESTIC RETURNS (USA ONLY):
We offer complimentary returns within the US via FedEx Ground service. You will need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. Follow the steps as prompted and print out your return label through the link below.

Return Shipping Instructions:
• Securely package the return merchandise inside a protective shipping box. You may use the original packaging to ship the return.
• Place the prepaid label outside of the shipping box.
• Drop off package at your nearest FedEx location.

IN STORE RETURNS
If you wish to drop off your online return at one of our retail locations, the same return policy will apply. Please make sure to provide your invoice and/or order number. Once your return items pass our quality check, your refund will be processed, and you will receive an email confirmation with return details. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment method; please allow 3 to 5 business days for the amount to post back into your account depending on your bank or payment provider. You may let us know in advance you will be dropping off your return at your chosen store at care@thewebster.us.
EXCHANGES
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at care@thewebster.us. Please specify your order number, your desired size and we will check on availability. Please note we are only able to exchange the same style code for a different size. Once we secure the desired size, we will provide a complimentary return label and you will have 5 days from the exchange request date to ship your item, if not, the exchange request will be cancelled.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
DHL is our primary shipping carrier supported by Global-e. Please note shipping and any import taxes and duties paid are non-refundable. You will need your order number as well as the email address used to place the order. Follow the steps as prompted and print out your return label through the link below.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES
The Webster is currently not accepting exchanges on international orders. To ensure you receive the correct size or style, we recommend placing another order through the site immediately and then returning your order that did not work out. For any questions or concerns please contact us at care@thewebster.us.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at care@thewebster.us or call 786-442-6220 immediately. We can cancel the order before the order is processed by our fulfillment team. Once an order is processed, we may not cancel. In this case, you will need to initiate a regular return once you have received your package.
